Return And Refund Policy

We encourage all customer to review this Return and refunds Policy prior to making a purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact admin@myjournaltape.com within 14 day upon courier services provide proof of delivery for your order.
Our team are committed to resolving any concerns and facilitating returns or exchanges as necessary.

Return

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days, in the case if 14 days have passed since your receive your parcel, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as it must also be in the original packaging as it is.

Digital gift card
Downloadable digital product

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Item with obvious signs of use and damaged beyond its original state.
Item that has been opened or not in original parcel packaging as we posted out.
Any item not in missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund

Once your return request is inspected we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your request.
If your request are approved, your refund will be process and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment using for that order within 14 working day.
A refund amount will be process with deducting 20% from item’s selling price as restocking and handling fee UNLESS the return item is due to a our error or where alternative arrangements have been agreed between both parties ,kindly note that delivery charges back to seller side must be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Of Order

You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund in the case if the order has not been shipped. A surcharge charge of 5% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund on any cancelled orders to cover the fees incurred when the initial payment was made from.

Sale Or Clearance Items

Only regular price item may be refund. Clearance item cannot be refund.

Gifts Return

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to you .If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Customers shall be responsible for paying for buyer’s own shipping costs for returning item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
