West Malaysia: DHL eCommerce / SPX express for order within west malaysia, delivery courier will be assigned according area and availability. Delivery time frame all courier : 1-5 business day. [Abang courier is really working hard , throughout all kind of weather]
East Malaysia: DHL e-commerce; delivery time may take 3-7 business days excluding the day order placed.
Singapore: SF Express,Ninjavan International,Aramex International- Economy -Estimated delivery time frame from 3 to 7 business working day(subject to custom clearance) , order’s quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty or taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.

Please take note that depending on your order destination, the types of products purchased, and the value of your order, you may be liable for local import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay.
Local authorities and Customs may request Import Fees in lieu of this ,kindly check locally for duty-free limits or import duty charges.
If you choose a PO Box as a delivery address for an order, we cannot be held liable if that order goes missing or arrives damaged.

Free Shipping

Myjournal Tape offer free shipping for domestic orders exceeding RM50.00 for West Malaysia and RM70.00 for East Malaysia (Sabah/sarawak/Labuan).
Free shipping is not applicable with ongoing sales item or clearance item.
